Private Charters Seychelles: Yachts, Helicopters & Boats

Private charters in Seychelles through Chartercraft cover yachts, helicopter tours and boat cruises from Eden Island Marina and Port Victoria, all booked through one independent agency. We arrange about thirty vessels and aircraft with a vetted set of operators based at Eden Island and Victoria, with a full-day minimum on the boats and twelve minutes upwards in the air. Every booking confirmed within twenty-four hours, payment in Euros, and signed terms before departure.

Why book private charters in Seychelles through us

We don’t own the boats, and we don’t fly the helicopters. That’s the point. When you ask for a yacht for ten guests on a Saturday afternoon in February, we don’t try to sell you the one we own. We pick the right vessel from the fleet of fourteen-plus at Eden Island Marina and Port Victoria.

The boats are SMSA-licensed (the Seychelles Maritime Safety Authority). The aircraft are SCAA-maintained (Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority). The skippers and pilots have been working this coastline long enough to know which side of Mahé the wind sits on at four o’clock in the trade season.

What every charter includes:

  • One booking manager from quote to disembarkation
  • Per-hour pricing in Euros, no resort fees, no commission loading
  • The right vessel matched to your group size and the weather on the day
  • Flexible itineraries: sunset, lunch, proposal, corporate, whale-watching in season
  • Card or bank transfer, secure payment, signed terms before departure

Helicopter charter Seychelles: tours and routes

Helicopter charter Seychelles runs out of multiple licensed helipads including Port Glaud Helipad, Kempinski Helipad and Zil Air Base on six routes: the twelve-minute Mahé Hopper, the twenty-minute North Mahé, the twenty-five-minute Two Islands, the thirty-five-minute Granitic Circle, the full Outer Islands flight at fifty to sixty minutes, and inter-island transfers to Praslin, La Digue or Silhouette. Aircraft are Airbus H120, H125 and H130 plus Robinson R44.

Boat charter Seychelles: private cruises

Boat charters in Seychelles through us are private and crewed. Sunset cruises off Mahé’s west coast, two-hour coastal runs along the granite shoreline, four-hour trips down to the marine national parks, and occasional full-day island-hopping voyages to Praslin, La Digue and Silhouette when the weather behaves. The shared scheduled boats run from Victoria too; we don’t book those.

Luxury charter Seychelles: the premium fleet

Luxury charter Seychelles means the higher tier of the fleet: forty- to eighty-five-foot motor yachts, the larger sailing catamarans, and the premium power catamarans. Champagne on arrival, hostess on board in addition to skipper and deckhand, pre-charter consultation on route and catering. Luxury yacht charter details.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do the charters depart from?

Yacht and boat charters leave from Eden Island Marina (most common) and Port Victoria. Helicopters lift off from licensed helipads on Mahé – typically Port Glaud Helipad, Kempinski Helipad or the Zil Air Base – depending on the route. Both marinas and helipads are easily accessible from central Mahé, with parking and transfers available.

How far ahead should I book?

Saturday sunsets in the peak tourist season (December to February) get tight three weeks out. Weekday charters and helicopter flights can usually go inside seventy‑two hours, though inter‑island transfers to Praslin or La Digue are best booked at least a week ahead.

What happens if the weather turns?

The operator’s call. If they pull the charter for safety reasons (e.g. strong south‑east trade winds or cyclone alerts), you get a reschedule or full refund. No fee on operator‑initiated cancellations.
